 Who can buy on your site?

Only clients who qualify and are over the age of 19 can order from this site. Absolutely no exceptions.

 Do you ship overseas?

 No. You must live in Canada.

 Can I pick up my order from you?

 We do not allow direct pick up. We are an online service only.

 How Does Payment Work?

 We accept E-transfer & will soon be accepting bitcoin.

What about Refunds?

Each request will be dealt with on a case to case basis but if for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the product we will be sure to rectify that for you

Can I cancel and/or edit my order once it’s placed?

If you have to cancel or edit an order after you place it, let one of our chat agents know and they can do that for you. Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Are your pictures yours? Or are they stock images?

Yes. The pictures of the product is the actual product we get from the supplier.

So, Once I order how does the packaging look? What Can I expect?

All of our parcels come in discrete packaging. 

What Shipping service do you use? And do I need to sign for it?

We ship everything through Canada Post.

What tracking service do you use?

Once your package gets scanned at the post office, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

The tracking number is invalid?

If, for some reason, your tracking number isn’t working, let one of our chat agents know and we can look into it further for you.

Do you have a chat service? Email? Phone Number?

What steps do I take if I do not receive the package?

First step would be to contact Canada Post as they will be able to give you (the recipient) more info than they can give us. If they can’t help you then contact us and we will help you get it sorted out.

Do you take Credit Cards or Bitcoin?

Not at this time, perhaps in the near future. 

After I send the Interac E-transfer what happens?

We secure your order and once the payment is received we will ship it. Please Note *** If using Tangerine for payment it can take extra time for the transfer to go through until we receive it due to their 2-3 day policy on E-transfers.

What if I can’t send payment for my order?

If you are having issues please let us know through the chat or email us and we will do our best to help you.

How long will it take to get my order?

This completely depends on where you live. For example in more rural areas it can take a little longer to receive your package. Normal circumstances it should arrive in 2-4 days.

What if I live in Nunavut or Northern Quebec?

We cannot guarantee your order due to high volume of postal thefts in these areas. Please order at your own risk.

What are some benefits to using medical marijuana?

So many! Pain relief, sleep management, anxiety relief, energy enhancer, etc… If you need help finding the right strain for what you’re wanting, just ask!

Do I need to become a member?

You are welcome to check out as a guest if you do not wish to create an account with us. We recommend creating an account so you can view your order history and keep track of your favourite strains.

Are larger orders accepted?

Yes, but keep in mind we only supply for recreational use.
